Due to work on the manufacturing plant, the supplier expects to be out of stock of Urografin (pharmacode 328359). They are sourcing an alternative.

Bayer, the supplier, expects Urografin to be available again by the end of September/early October 2024.
Affected product
The supplier is out of stock of the registered product of Urografin. Hospital use of this product is low, about 100 bottles each year. Due to a delay in completing upgrades to the manufacturing site, there will be a short out of stock of the Urografin product.

The supplier had looked to import an Irish version of this product. This would not have been available before the end of September. As the registered stock is expected to be available again at about the same time, the Irish stock will not be imported.

Bayer expects Urografin to be available again by late September/early October.
