Alex (Chippy): I love working at Pharmac because it has really supported my career development and my growth. I started here about four years ago and I've had some fantastic managers and mentors during that time. I started in a graduate role and now I'm a team leader. I've had support along the way. I've had some challenges that have really helped me grow and it's been fantastic.
Corey: Pharmac is a great crown agent uh for many reasons, one of those being that we're quite small. So we only have about 175 staff which is great because you get to meet and pretty much know everyone within the first 3 months of working here and the great thing is there's lots of different groups, have things like our bake club for example which we do every couple of months so we get everyone together put their baking skills to the test and raise money for different charities uh we have the social club as well here at Pharmac and part of that is the, the netball team which is pretty fierce, I must say, and they get together once a week and uh try to take down some of the other competition around Wellington.
Alishba: I love how supportive Pharmac is of flexible working at the same time it's so good that we've got the tools to stay connected as a team and work seamlessly together.
Nicola: Everybody I've met at Pharmac really wants to be there, to make a difference to our whānau and communities, to make sure that people can access medicines and medical devices so that people can live longer, healthier, hopefully, happier lives.
