The Public Service Commissioner collects OIA statistics every 6 months. These statistics are published to the Public Service Commission website(external link).

We do not record whether an OIA request is partially refused or withheld. Therefore, the information requested cannot be made available without substantial collation or research and this request is refused under section 18(f) of the OIA. |
*Of the 98 OIA requests received between 1 January and 30 June 2021, 79 requests were due for response by 30 June 2021 and the remaining 19 requests were due for response after 30 June 2021. We responded to 79 requests by 30 June 2021 and all 98 OIA requests within the legislated timeframe (including any extensions). The number and percent of OIA requests we have completed within the legislated timeframe between 1 January to 30 June 2021 is reflected in the Public Service Commission’s OIA statistics.
