RFI - haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis equipment and consumables
Pharmac invites responses to the request for information (“RFI") from all suppliers of haemodialysis equipment and consumables, and peritoneal dialysis equipment and consumables for supply to Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora hospitals.
Please provide the information requested in this RFI, and any additional information you consider may be of assistance to Pharmac, via email to devices@pharmac.govt.nz no later than 4pm NZT Wednesday 26 June 2024 - RFx ID 29529116.
