Boucher and Muir (BNM) has advised of a shortage of its Intra-uterine device ICU Choice TT380 Short (pharmacode 2467151).

Stock held by BNM ran out during September 2022. From 1 September 2022, we listed 2 alternative products.

Alternative products

From 1 September 2022 there were two additional products listed on the Community Schedule. There are two pharmacodes for replacement products, they are the same product (380 7 Med NSHA), except one has packaging in French and English.

The insertion method for these products differs from the Choice TT380 Short. The dimensions also differ slightly. It is vital you read the healthcare professional information to check the instructions.
