What the feedback will inform

PHARMAC is keen to ensure that the way we engage with key stakeholder in the health sector meets the needs of those groups as well as PHARMAC.

Surveys offer a structured way to identify, collate and track people's perceptions of PHARMAC. The survey feedback will help identify the areas we’re doing well and the areas we can engage better with you.

As a small agency, PHARMAC highly values the role that stakeholders play in supporting our work.

Any information you do provide will be treated as completely confidential by PHARMAC and The Navigators and will only be used for supporting PHARMAC to improve our engagement with stakeholders.

Background

The Navigators, an independent research consultancy, is conducting this survey on our behalf. We intend to repeat this survey annually.
