Amendment to line items
Line items have been amended for the following products (change in italics):
- Busulfan – tab 2 mg: tender extended to include listing in community and hospital settings
- Mercaptopurine – tab 50 mg: tender extended to include listing in community and hospital settings
- Methotrexate – inj 25 mg per ml, 2 ml: tender extended to include listing in community and hospital settings
- Methotrexate – inj 25 mg per ml, 20 ml: tender extended to include listing in community and hospital settings
- Vincristine sulphate – inj 1 mg per ml, 1-2 ml: tender extended to include listing in community and hospital settings
