RFP - supply of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) - Deadline extended to 24 March 2017
PHARMAC invites proposals for the supply of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
Including, but not limited to, nicotine gum, lozenges, patches, oral spray and inhaler - in New Zealand.
Note also our new request for samples of the proposed products as per the Addendum.
In addition, to assist with the evaluation process, please supply us with samples of the proposed products no later than 4.00 p.m. on Friday 31 March 2017, ie one week later than the proposal deadline. This request is made under clause 3 of Schedule Two of the RFP dated 20 February 2017. For further information please refer to the letter of addendum dated 17 March 2017.
This request for proposals (RFP) document incorporates the following schedules:
- Schedule 1 specifies the pharmaceutical for which PHARMAC is requesting proposals and sets out the background to the RFP and the types of proposals sought;
- Schedule 2 describes the process that PHARMAC expects to follow in relation to the RFP;
- Schedule 3 sets out information about the estimated size of the current subsidised market for the pharmaceutical; and
- Schedule 4 [DOC, 114 KB] contains the RFP form in which you are to provide details of your proposal.
- Appendix A [XLSX, 57 KB]contains the tables in which you are able to provide the presentation, pricing and dimension details of your proposal.

If you wish to submit a proposal in relation to community supply and/or hospital supply, you must submit it to PHARMAC via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) (www.gets.govt.nz(external link)) no later than 4 pm (New Zealand time) on Friday 24 March 2017.
