The Pharmac team has discovered that we have not received voicemails for some time. We are now receiving voicemails again.

If you left a message in recent weeks, we have not received it and are unable to respond. Please send us an email with your questions.

We are undertaking an investigation to understand what caused the issue and stop it happening again. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.  

Email is usually the fastest way for us to respond to your enquiry. We aim to respond to enquiries within 2 working days.
