Bisacodyl: Brand change coming
Bisacodyl is changing brand from Bisacodyl Viatris to Bisacodyl-AFT.
Change is delayed
Bisacodyl-AFT is listed in the Pharmaceutical Schedule from 1 February 2026.
Unfortunately there has been a delay to when the AFT brand can be supplied. AFT expects stock to be available to order later in February 2026.
Bisacodyl Viatris available and funded
Bisacodyl Viatris remains available and will be funded until 1 July 2026.
