• The minutes referenced in pages 2 to 4 (section 8.1 to 8.22) of the attachment relates to MSNZ’s 2018 submission on widening the access criteria for MS treatments and has been extracted from the MSTAC meeting minutes dated 2018.

• The minutes referenced in pages 5 and 6 (section 9.1 to 10.3) of the attachment relates to ocrelizumab and has been extracted from the MSTAC meeting minutes dated 2018.
